I received my PsyD from Loyola University of Maryland and completed my APA accredited doctoral internship at Johns Hopkins University. My clinical experiences range from a variety of settings, including: numerous university counseling centers, outpatient community mental health clinics, and veteran affairs hospitals. I have also enjoyed facilitating process-oriented therapy groups, mindfulness-based workshops, and providing consultation to other therapy providers. Today, my primary areas of focus are working with young adults in individual therapy and couples of all ages.
